I REMOVED WINDOWS 10 ,WHICH I DID NOT LIKE AT ALL AND INSTALLED WINDOWS 8.1 WHICH I ALREADY HAD ON MY OTHER COMPUTER AND LIKED VERY MUCH . THE 8.1 CD KEY WORKED FINE.
